After raising a family and working outside the home, Mary Lou Cox decided to start her own business. "I was interested in music boxes and collectibles and decided to take a stab at it", she explains.

     In 1994, she started the business from her home but moved quickly to a shopping mall. The store is located in the Lewiston Center Mall in Lewiston, Idaho.

     In 1999, her husband, Merle, retired from teaching and joined her in the shop. "We have been working together in this 'mom and pop' operation ever since".

     Then in November of 2004 their daughter, Deborah, started her own business in Spokane, Washington in the Northtown Mall. It's her own shop, though it bears her mother's name.

      The two shops offer a wide selection of unique music boxes and gifts from many noted manufacturers. There truly is something for everyone!
